New Patients at Kenaston Family Chiropractic

Your First Visit

When you enter our office, you’ll sense our caring, laid-back personality. We’ll greet you and make you feel right at home, and then you’ll fill out some new patient paperwork. After that, you’ll meet with your chiropractor, who will talk with you about your situation and your health history. They’ll conduct a thorough examination to locate any problem areas. If X-rays are necessary, we will refer you out for those. We work with an imaging center that’s only five minutes away.

This visit typically takes about 40 minutes. We suggest coming in about ten minutes early to complete the paperwork.

If your issue is something chiropractic can help with and no X-rays are needed, you may receive your first adjustment at this visit.

Second & Regular Visits

At the second visit, we will go over everything we found in your evaluation and outline our recommendations for your care going forward, including projected outcomes and costs. We’ll answer all of your questions and proceed with care. Your experience with us will be completely tailored to your specific needs, lifestyle and goals.

We want you to get better and we tailor your care plan so that it works for your lifestyle. As your acute situation improves, we will incorporate more rehab into your care plan.

Paying for Care

Your first visit fee includes the consultation, examination and adjustment. We accept Interac, debit, Visa and Mastercard. You pay at the time of service, and if applicable, we can bill your insurance, MPI, or WCB.
